Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (students, job seekers, career coaches, HR teams)
- Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new paid users
- Build relationships with universities, bootcamps, and training institutes
- Promote Interview Genie across social media, forums, and professional networks
- Track and report sales metrics and conversion rates
- Provide customer feedback to the product team
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Access to a computer and internet
Lead our marketing strategy across social media, content, and paid advertising to grow the Interview Genie brand.
Build and enhance the Interview Genie web application with cutting-edge React and Next.js.
Work on our real-time AI interview assistance engine, speech processing, and intelligent answer generation.
Help our users succeed in their interviews by providing top-tier support and guidance.
Create blog posts, interview guides, and educational content to help job seekers prepare for interviews.
