We collect only the data necessary to provide our service: your email address (via Google OAuth) and audio processed in real-time during your session. We do NOT record or store your audio. All microphone data is processed in-memory and discarded immediately.
Your email is used solely for authentication, notifications, and account management. We do not use your data for training AI models, selling to third parties, or advertising of any kind.
Interview session conversations — questions detected and answers generated — are never stored on our servers. The moment your session ends, all transcript data is erased. We run entirely ephemeral sessions.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as provided by Google. We store only your email for authentication. We never access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.
We use a minimal session cookie to keep you authenticated. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics beyond standard anonymized page-view counting via Google Analytics.
Your account data (email) is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@interviewgenie.icu. All associated data will be removed within 48 hours.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Authentication is handled entirely via Google OAuth 2.0. We never see or store your password.
